Common questions
Per Discord server. Each server you manage has its own subscription. If you run multiple servers, each needs its own plan.
Yes. No contracts or lock-in periods. Cancel from your billing page at any time. Features stay active until the end of the billing period, then access is removed.
Your configuration, shop packs, player data, and credit balances are retained for 30 days. Resubscribe within that period and everything picks up where you left off. After 30 days data may be deleted — or request early deletion via our Discord.
Payments are processed by Stripe and support all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are never stored on ControlArk's servers.
Stripe retries automatically. If it fails after retries, features are restricted and you'll receive an email with a link to update your payment method. Access is restored immediately once payment is resolved.
New subscribers can request a full refund within 48 hours of their first payment, provided the service has not been actively used. After that, payments are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for full details.
