Refund & Delivery Policy

This policy covers how failed deliveries and credit disputes are handled within ControlArk-powered ingame shops.

1. No Real-Money Refunds

ControlArk does not process real-money payments. All purchases are made using virtual credits — a non-monetary in-game currency. As such, there are no real-money refunds to process.

If you believe you paid real money for credits and have a dispute, that is between you and the server administrator who accepted payment. ControlArk is not a party to that transaction.

2. Credit Refunds for Failed Deliveries

If your order fails to deliver after all automatic retry attempts, your server administrator can issue a full credit refund to your account. This restores the credits spent on the failed order.

To request a credit refund:

  • Contact your server administrator via Discord with your order ID.
  • Your order ID is visible on the store orders page or in your delivery DM.
  • The administrator can view your order status and issue a credit refund from the dashboard.

3. When Delivery May Fail

Delivery can fail in the following situations:

  • Server offline — If the ARK server is offline at delivery time, the system will retry. If it remains offline for an extended period, the order may remain pending.
  • Nitrado outage — If Nitrado's API is unavailable, delivery will be retried automatically when service resumes.
  • Donation room misconfiguration — If the donation room on your server is not correctly set up (wrong map, missing vaults, etc.), delivery will fail. Administrators should check their server setup.
  • Save file issues — Corrupted or inaccessible save files may prevent delivery.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are processed on an automated schedule (typically every few hours). Most deliveries complete within 6 hours of purchase. If your order has not arrived within 24 hours, contact your server administrator.

5. Items Already Delivered

Once items have been successfully delivered to your donation room vault in-game, the order is considered complete. Credits will not be refunded for delivered orders, regardless of what happens to the items after delivery (e.g., items lost in-game, server wipe, etc.).

6. Administrator Discretion

Credit refunds and delivery re-attempts are at the sole discretion of the server administrator. ControlArk provides the tools for administrators to manage orders and issue refunds, but cannot force administrators to do so.
