Store Terms
These Store Terms apply to all purchases made through a ControlArk-powered ingame shop. By purchasing items through the store, you agree to these terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.
1. What You Are Purchasing
When you purchase a pack through an ingame shop, you are spending virtual credits (an in-game currency with no real-world monetary value) in exchange for virtual in-game items delivered to an ARK: Survival Evolved game server. No real money changes hands through ControlArk.
Credits are provided and managed by the server administrator of the specific Discord server you are purchasing from. ControlArk is the delivery platform only.
2. Credit Balance
Credits are a virtual currency issued by server administrators. They:
- Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Are specific to the server that issued them and cannot be transferred to other servers.
- May be adjusted, reset, or removed by server administrators at any time.
- Are not refundable for real money under any circumstances.
3. Delivery
Item delivery is automated and typically completes within a few hours of purchase. Delivery depends on:
- Your server being online and accessible via Nitrado.
- The donation room on your server being correctly set up by the administrator.
- Nitrado API availability at the time of delivery.
Delivery may be delayed if your server is offline, restarting, or if Nitrado is experiencing issues. Delivery will be retried automatically.
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, your server administrator will be notified and can re-trigger delivery or issue a credit refund at their discretion.
4. Failed or Missing Deliveries
If your items are not delivered within 24 hours of purchase, please contact your server administrator directly via Discord. Provide your order ID (shown on the orders page or in your DM confirmation).
Server administrators have the ability to:
- View your order status from the dashboard.
- Manually re-trigger delivery.
- Refund credits to your account.
ControlArk support may also be contacted via our Discord server if the administrator is unresponsive.
5. No Real-Money Transactions
ControlArk does not process, store, or handle real-money payments. If a server administrator has collected real money in exchange for credits outside of the ControlArk platform, that is a separate arrangement between you and the administrator — ControlArk bears no responsibility for such transactions.
6. Item Availability & Server Rules
The items available in the store are configured by your server administrator. ControlArk does not control what items are offered, their prices, or their availability. Packs may be added, removed, or modified at any time by the administrator.
Use of shop items is subject to the rules of the game server you play on. ControlArk is not responsible for item removal, player bans, or other consequences resulting from in-game actions after delivery.
